Which payment methods does Tyler accept?

Cash is the preferable payment method in the studio. The deposit must be made online.

Is it okay if I bring a friend with me?

One person per client is allowed to sit in the room with you - whether this be a friend or parent. If your guest has booked the appointment directly after, they are allowed to wait in the room while you get your makeup done.

Where do I park?

Parking is available anywhere on the street. Please do not park in the driveway.

I'm running late, what should I do?

If you are running late please notify me by calling me on my mobile - 0424 847 587. If you are more then 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled. This is because it'll cause a delay in every appointment for the rest of the day and it isn't fair on the other clients.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Deposits are necessary to secure your appointment date and time. The deposit for all services are $20 + $1 transaction fee. The remaining amount can be paid via cash in the studio. For example: For a full face of makeup + lashes ($60); you would pay your deposit ($21) then pay the rest at the appointment ($40).

What is the address?

The address will be in the confirmation email after you have made your booking and paid the deposit.

How do I book in for a bridal party?

For all bridal enquiries and quotes, please contact me through the submission form and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Can you travel?

I only travel for bridal parties which incur a fee dependant on location.
